English language challenges

My experience in the university has been a little strange. I did not do the first two courses of english for how I was in the initial test, so when I came to english three, it was all “new” for me. I did not know the teachers or the methodology of the program.  

I have to say that I do not have good memories of the past course. The teacher of that class was not very pedagogical, so I enter to english four with mistrust, especially for the fact that I could not know who was going to be my teacher this semester and I only expected that was not the same.

This course has been very different, I like the fact that the oral practice is an important part of the class. I considered that I need more oral practice, especially because I feel nervous when I have to say something in this language. When I was in school I did not speak english in my usuals class and that is something that all the english programs need to improve.

Outside the english class, I speak very little english. I think that I practice only with my father, who has lived in the United States for a few years. He had to learn the language, so sometimes we talk in english.

Talking about english, I have to say that I don’t think that this is the global language. In fact, the most of the global people speak languages as chinese and spanish. This believe is just something that works political but is not the reality.
