Walking a life

The English program of the university is required in all the careers. Today it is believed that learn english opens opportunities in the laboral field. I’m not too sure about this, I don’t think that someone must be defined for their english level, because there are many factors that  influenced the access to good courses of this language. Not all the people have the chance to have a good base in the school, so I think in the English of the university as a leveling course. For this, I considered that is very important to have a complete program and great teachers that have the abilities and the intentions to transmit their knowledge. I have to be honest in this blog, I don’t feel so agreed with the contents that the English courses incorporated, because it didn’t give you the necessary tools to really learn english. I always try to believe in the world, in the kindness inside the human being. My brother says that I am to idealist. Maybe it’s true. I like to believe that all the people can do good things. But I have to admit that is hard and I don’t always get this aim. The field that I study, the journalism, is just an example of how people manipulate others for their interestings. In the journalism, especially in the written medias, there are groups of powerful people that decided what to say, transmite and spread in the news. The concentration of information it’s a serious danger and violates the information right that all of us have. The type of journalist that is more common to see on the television and heard on the radio, includes professionals who have lied, manipulated and  ignored the reality. The journalism is a career that has different areas and that allow the journalists to choose what they want to do. This characteristic make possible to relate the journalist work with others disciplines.  Since I was little I enjoy studying, but not the school. However I always know that I want a career that allows me to learn continuously. When I was in my last school year I decided to study philosophy. I knew this career in my third year of high school  and I had a intelligent and wise teacher that used to upgrade my writing abilities. Nevertheless the field of a philosopher it is reduce to a teacher career in schools, and that was not what I wanted.  For this, I decided to access to another career and then do a master in this area; so my wish is to do a master in philosophy after I finished my studies. When I was little, I dreamed with being a professional dancer. I practiced with differents types of musics, but the “salsa”  is my favorite style. Although I enjoyed this very much, I was too shy for try this professionally. Now I dance in the parties and when I am in a place in which I feel comfortable. Thinking about this now, I realized that what I used to love about this career was the opportunity to travel around the world and to know people that is connected for the same passion. Also, the feelings that the music can evoke it is something that has always interested me. In this epoch of my life, If I have my perfect job this would be read all day, seriously. I think I would enjoy to write books, to construct stories that allow to people to travel to another places, cultures and times. The journalism is a complex profession, but I think that this is good because it makes the career has different areas and that the journalist can choose what they want to do. Inside this types, there is one in which I’m interest: the literary journalism. Since I have memory I love to read. In my room I have a library with poems, sciences fiction novels, mystery and stories of all kind. However, when I started to study journalism I stop reading those books because I didn’t have much free time - I still don’t -. Then I realize that I want to combine my love for literature and the journalism career, so the literary journalism is an excellent alternative for my future and my profession. The literary journalism is a different way of communicating the reality that includes a few tools of the narrative writing as the description, the rhythms and a structure that try to do more attractive the story, because in this type of journalism it is believed that it matters how the story is told....

For a few months my family and I saved money for a travel together. My twin brother and I worked and we finally got the money we needed. It was the best trip of my life. We went in february 2016 but the coastal air is still in my nose. The view of the beach La Herradura in Coquimbo is amazing, the sea has no waves and the sand is more thin. For eight days with my mom, my two brothers and my dog stayed in a little house, to five minutes of the beach. A little restaurant by the coast is part of one of my favorite memory. One night, we walked to see the ocean. Then we ate and drank with a softy light in the beautiful tables the restaurant had. Another moment that marked our trip was when we went to Elqui Valley. The sky and the air of that place is so pure that is impressive. We went to Vicuña, the town of Gabriela Mistral, and we knew the museum in her honor.
